CAPT Pistole currently serves as Military Director, Irregular Warfare Technology Office at Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division. In 2006 Carl Pistole was selected to command Mobile Maintenance Facility-Charlie, a mobile Aircraft Intermediate Maintenance Department, then CDR Pistole deployed as Officer in Charge of Fleet Readiness Center-East detachment Iraq. Upon his return, he volunteered for a subsequent deployment, and was designated as a Tigershark UAV Mission Commander.  Welcome another cog in the U.S. political and military machine.
